I approach this work thinking of my surroundings as an ever-changing landscape of interactions between light and material.
Through a set of inserted surfaces representing behaviors of light, this project examines light as a material agent that structures perception.
Isolating absorption, reflection, transmission, refraction and emission in their respective landscapes to consider invisible forces that shape our vision and the way the world appears to us.

The work is presented in a digital print medium sized 40 in x 85 in
